HIGH PRODUCTION LEVEL
A 70 m2 house can be assembled in 22 days with a team of 4 people
Installed Capacity for the production of 30,000 houses annually
As a result of the development of the Modular Construction System,the construction of buildings and houses can be carried out by almost anyone, for there is practically no need of expertise and the assembly period have been reduced considerably (22 days for a 70 m2 house).
Nevertheless, being capable of executing a house in such small timing is not sufficient, for it is essential to be able to develop such process simultaneously in a multitudinously manner. For that purpose it is necessary to count with a considerable installed capacity that will allow a high production of materials to supply to the houses in construction.In HABITAT we have an installed capacity for the production of over 30,000 houses annually.
To conclude, we would like to highlight that the construction process can be adapted to the quality standards required by each country while respecting the environment given the materials used and the efficiency when building the houses (designed to minimize and eliminate any environment harm).In order to achieve this, one of the measures developed is the reduction of the construction wastes to a minimum level.
