As mentioned before, HABITAT - AGOTRAN agreed sharing efforts in those projects that, due to their relevance would require such collaboration.

The legal form chosen is an association. This form enables the business collaboration to accomplish certain projects, works and services of important volumes.This business cooperation favors the reduction of costs, the exploitation of common business synergies and facilitates the entry in future projects.

HABITAT has chosen AGOTRAN for being a specialized company in earth moving and is an officially certified Work Contractor having the “F class”, classification granted by the Spanish Government only to contractors that obtained the highest rating in the field of earth moving. In the same way, AGOTRAN has chosen HABITAT for the professionalism of its human resources as well as for its works execution capacity and international projection.

That is why the joining between HABITAT and AGOTRAN has been promoted, as both complement each other’s activities in order to achieve the optimum results in those projects which for their magnitude require joining forces.
